Jesus said faith must be accompanied by deeds …. so faith by itself is dead and not acceptable by God …so mate you do your prayers , your fasting , most of your ritual aspects , you work as a servant in the church running all over the place , all these will not be acceptable in front of the eyes of God without DEEDS..God put it strait forward that he wants MERCEY and not sacrifices ..the merciful deeds are to look after those LEAST …WHO are those least ???? those hungry , thirsty , homeless , sick , orphans , widows , poor, needy etc . …so where do you stand pal ???? what percentage of your money and your time you spend it on those needy least people ???? in our backyard in Australia the number of needy people is increasing everyday , why don,t you do something ???? it might affect you or one of your family tomorrow as God gives as God takes …a lot of of people even in our Coptic community out there need your support and love and care, why don,t you go and look for them and get that great blessings of looking after those least ???? a lot of projects around in this part of the world for needy people needs your support and if you feel comfort with one related to our Coptic community there is a great project out there had been going for a lot of years now i believe more than ten years ..this project had been established by a blessed father Shounouda Mansour and his blessed wife and the youth of Guildford church and now that project of Anba Abram have got two vans one serve parammatta area and the other serve the city ….our beloved father and his wife used to do all the cooking every Tuesday in their house and the food distributed by the Guildford church blessed youth through the vans ….now the cooking is done at church attached houses and distributed the same way …..why don,t you help with a drum of oil or bag of rice or whatever to feed those least ?? why don,t go and distribute the food to those least and learn and experience the pain of the others and get that great blessings ???!! i remember sometime ago the vans did not have the best ovens to keep the food hot and i found father Shounouda worried about that so i told him it does not matter and i added at least those people are getting something to eat ?? our blessed father gave me a big lesson in indirect way , he told me Romani if you can not eat something and acceptable to you , don,t give it to the others …always mate you offer your best to God …from your hands God we give back , amen ….mate go and experience that with those youth girls and boys at Guildford church and help the project to grow bigger ,amen .and make your faith and deeds acceptable in front of the eyes of the Lord …..

Mother Teresa once said,”we can not do great things on this earth but we can only do little things with great love “once a friend of mine told me,” i want my life to be about service and i want to do so and so , but i can not do anything yet “.Someday when i am really successful , i will do lot of little things to others , meanwhile , there are hungry , distressed people want to hear just good word ,desperate,helpless,elderly ,sick ,depressed ,lonely , and thousands of other little things that need to be done ….Mother Teresa was right , we can not change the world but we can make a difference with those little things of love and kindness..we will feel the joy of giving and satisfaction and will make our world just a little brighter ..God said “I want mercy and not sacrifice “…it would be great if we focus in giving with love and care on little things , it is not only to fulfill the will of God and give us that great joy and satisfaction , but it will assist us to improve our own attitude in our churches at all levels to listen , respect , love and care for one another everywhere , openness ,honesty , trust …… our churches need to do a lot of work in this aspect by setting the good example in this aspect and focusing all the time on love and care in their sermons as well as in real practicle life” such visitations , outreach projects , give the needy ,do something for the homeless , visit the sick and a lot of projects are there , sometimes i wonder what percentage of time and money goes to the needy and those least which God mentioned them from our churches and from us as individuals ” ….God is love and without love nobody will see him , God said , “i was hungry and fed me , desperate and you comforted etc and he put it very clear and straight forward if you do not look after those least you will never see eternal life , amen ” ….. the bottom line ,without real love and mercey to those least nobody will see eternal life ….

God said faith , hope and love in parallel with our deeds are essential and a must to inherit eternal life but LOVE is the greatest of all…..God is love ..God does not want too much from us except pure heart filled with love as God said , “love God from all your heart and soul and love thy neighbor as thy self ..Mother Terrassa “God bless her soul “in our recent history said ” small things with love and care are great in front of the eyes of God ….God does not want big things from us , God wants your heart and love …look how David won the love of God , it is entirely through his great , loving heart to God ….may God give us pure hearts full of love to him and to all the mankind everywhere , amen ….i recall all the time a nice sermon of Father Antonios which i heard and i enjoyed a lot during Pascha week about love and specially those standard criteria used to measure it against …. it is actually like quality assurance and validation of the standard of your own love ….i ask his holiness to put it in the Blog , as i believe a lot of people will benefit from it as i did ….may God strengthen our faith , hope and love and give us pure hearts filled up with his love and to all mankind , amen ….
